PIN Messages and BBMessenger

Do PIN messages and conversations via BBMessenger get noted on your VZW bill in detail, or are they lumped in the 'data' notations? 

 

For example, will my PIN or the PIN to whom I am messaging show on the bill?

PIN messages are not itemized on your bill, are not charged as text messages and don't count toward any text messaging allowance you may have. They are just part of your data usage.

For what it's worth, although your bill will show you the number of regular text messages you send, it won't show you to or from whom.

Okay, I learned something new. I'd never checked the data details on my online bill. I'd only looked at the pdf of the printed version (on the rare occasions I look at it!). Cool. It did allow me to verify that none of my BBM  usage (which is extensive) shows up there.

Great - Yes, I noticed that there were no details in my data usage as well (but, wasn't sure if that is where my PIN to PIN and BBM were tracking).  Thanks for the confirmation.  I was kind of worried that it would track with my SMS/MMS and therefore I might get hit with a per/msg fee!  I'm glad to know that it goes with the data plan, without details.
