Someone please help. I recently did a software upgrade via my phone (Curve 9330) and now my email accounts both state they need validation. When I try, it gives me the message "Sorry we are unable to continue your session. Please log in again". BOTH PASSWORDS ON THE ACCOUNTS ARE CORRECT. I'm making no errors. I've gone in to the business account and the AOL account and used passwords from the laptop so I know they are correct. I've done a soft reset, I've done everything I can think of. Please help. It gives me no option to add a new email account, or to delete both existing. Help is appreciated.

I want to respond to my own post with help I found on another site just in case anyone else is having this issue. IT WORKED!!!!
to solve a problem like this you can try the following tips. Sign in to mobile.blackberry.com from your Blackberry browser, then select the state or country it asks for, on the page that appears next, scroll down until you find Communicate - Email, then follow the data requested.
If the above trick still does not work, try the Hard Reset and HRT, it is better to contact the operator that is used to help setting up email on your Blackberry.
