Please help: I deleted documents-to-go and now phone does not work

My phone is charged, turns on, and is frozen (the buttons do not work and the ball does not work). I hve taken the battery out and put it back in and the phone turns on but does nothing ! I deleted documents-to-go earlier today and that is the only thing that I can think that is making my phone freeze...it is a Blackberry Curve...has anyone heard of this before?

Have you tried reloading them via the app loader in BB desktop manager?
