This morning, tried updating Classic due to problem with notification light flashing when no new messages coming in. After update, could not get anything to work - tapping browser would just bring you back to the blank home screen of the phone, for instance. No texting, lost all contacts, pictures, etc. Tried re-starting several times. Sometimes seems like it will get an email or two, then stop working again.
Phone just went black.
What's going on, and how do we fix it?
I'm so sorry you're having these problems with your Classic, maggie513. I know how important it is to have a good working phone at all times.
Has the phone been dropped or wet at all? Are you able to make/ receive calls, and texts? Please try an Alternate Reset. http://vz.to/2Cdstei
