You'll wanna double check through those retailers as to the specifics of the pricing. They may be advertising price available to customers who qualify for additional discounts. When you purchase from a third party you want to clarify what your return options are, just in case you don't like the phone. Other than that it's not a big difference. I always prefer to purchase from Verizon Wireless because I don't have to deal with a middleman.
