Remote DVR on mobile device

I am having a problem with my remote DVR on my Blackberry. I have enabled remote DVR and can do it from a computer with an internet connection. When I try to go to do it from my Blackberry I get the following error when I open the app Web Access Failed, Do you want to retry.

Which BB device are you using and what version of OS?

I get the same error. I have a BlackBerry 8320

v4.5.0.81 (Platform 2.7.0.78)

Are you trying to access directv? Because I cannot access it either, it comes up saying Gateway timed out????????? :smileymad:
