Can I take off my ringback without adding another one ? If so how do I do that?

You can either call customer service and cancel your subscription to ringback tones, or log on to your MyVerizon account, go to Media >>Ringback tones >> manage, and remove it from there. That MAY just set it to the default, though, and you'll need to call CS to cancel.
