Safe Mode

How do you get into the Safe Mode on the BlackBerry Stortm 2? I had "Mr. Number" application on my Storm, I gave me a free upgrade, so i updated ok, when it rebooted, and displayed permission, it froze! Does anybody have "Mr. Number" on their phones?

Have you tried pulling the battery out to restart the phone? A lot of times that will correct things like this.

Take battery out & put back in, When red light goes out, hold back arrow key until it's done loading. Safe mode should pop up, then take battery out & put back to get out of safe mode.
