Sorm Issues

I live just north of Boston and have no problems with service when I am there. However, in the summer i live thirty -seven miles south of Boston and get no service.  I am on day five with no service  . Verizon CS and Tech  so far have no solution.  So far *228 does not work as well as a reprogram by the store.  No problem with other family members who have LG and Moto phones with V (they get full bars) in the same house and area.

Can anyone help?

Two suggestions come to mind:

 

1. Turn the radio off and then back on when you get to the area south of Boston.  Go to Manage Connections>Turn off Mobile Network>Turn on Mobile Connections.

 

Or

 

2. Do a QuickPull when you get to said area if #1 doesn't work.
