For some reason all of a sudden on my Storm when I get a text message that has sound or an email that has sound I can't get the sound. I have picture but no sound. So I went to my browser and went to youtube and went to view a video and I still have no sound. Have I hit a wrong button. I try to touch on the little volunm thing while the video is playing but it won't let me touch it. HELP PLEASE!!!
Have you tried check checking your sound profile? Make sure the phone is not on vibrate or sounds off?
Have you tried doing a hard reset of the phone by either pulling out the battery or doing a "Quickpull?"

Justin is correct. Pulling the battery and reinserting it reboots the phone. This helped with that same problem I had with my wife's Pearl. I have found that any time my Pearl is not working like it should, a battery pull and reboot solves the problem.
