Static on my Blackberry

Whenever anyone calls me they get static. They have to hang up and call back. Sometimes it takes two or three trys before they get me.  I have a jukebox on my phone and have taken it off and it doesn't help.  I don't know what else to do or try .

Step 1: Remove the battery from the phone while the phone is on.
Step 2: Wait 20 seconds and turn phone back on.
Step 3. Dial *228 option 1 on the phone
Step 4: Test see if work.
