I have a Storm 1. IT IS THE WORST PHONE I EVER OWNED. Works when it wants to, have to do battery pulls at least once a day. I am on my second phone. Embarrassing when I am with a client and I can't call my office. Have to borrow their phone.
Plan is to drop Verizon altogether when my contract is up, 10 months away, due to their lack of support, and get a Blackberry Bold. Their is rumor of the Blackberry Essex through verizon.
Storm2 is now out., and talk is it has fixed the problems of the original storm. Does anybody know if Verizon will do the right thing and allow the Storm 1 owners upgrade their crappy phones in spite of their contract commitments??
