My phone was vibrating like usual when a message comes through, as I go to look at it, it is frozen. So i take the battery out to reset and it gets to the Verizon wireless screen and freezes, so I repeat steps for about 5 times, and it still freezes at the Verizon Wireless logo screen. Now what?
