Paying my Comcast cable bill and looking at my internet bill at $ 47.95.....  Can someone with explain:

*How well tethering works

* Costs involved

* Advantages or disadvantages

Do you have Time Warner RR in your araea? I am paying less then $30 for 7MBPs connection spped. Also call Comcast and threaten to go to someone else,
