Texts taking forever

I just recently starting having trouble sending and receiving text messages. It takes about 20 minutes to receive my messages. I was on the phone with Verizon for about an hour and they told me I would have to go to the store because it must be something with my phone.

Any suggestions?

Are you speaking of a Blackberry (the forum you posted) or the Incredible (the device you have listed)

If a BB, what model do you have??

For either, if you have not already done so, for the Inc. do a battery pull while the deivce is on....wait one minute, reinstall and power up. Then call *228 and choose option 1.

Also does this occur everywhere, or one particular location???

Sorry Blackberry Curve 8330. And it is happening all of the time, not in one particular place.
