Tour 9630 - gmail won't reconcile, but yahoo will

i have 2 emails on my Tour - Yahoo and Gmail. I have no issues with yahoo. With gmail, the BB will not reconcile with the account. So, in gmail I have deleted all of my inbox and sent messages, but all of these messages still show up on the BB. The yahoo account is reconciling perfectly and within minutes. Any advice? I can't figure out if it's a BB issue or a gmail issue.....probably a gmail issue but I need some help with it.

It's not really an issue, it's more of a "not included" kinda thing. Unread/read, deleted/saved doesn't sync up yet with Gmail. Sometime this month the BIS 3.0 upgrade will hit and will have Gmail syncing.

You could try using the GMail mobile app for your account. This way will let you sync relatively quickly with your account and will show read/unread and deleted, etc.

Thank you. I've had a BB for a few years and have always had a yahoo account. I recently opened a gmail account and had no idea that the sync feature isn't available.
