Tour and Blank call screen

I have a Tour with the most recent OS and I have received when making/receiving a call instead of the usual information on the screen, I have seen a Blank Screen with just the programmed background image. I am getting really (can't find the right word(annoyed,frustrated,upset)) with Blackberry with the sticking Trackball, the messed up keyboard lock and now this with the call screen. Would it be possible to upgrade to the Ally and get the Online price and keep my number without having to pay the full price?

Hi. I am sorry you are having issues with your phone. How long has this been going on? Did you download any applications before this started happening? You may need to do a reset on your device. if you do that, make sure you backup all of your information. If that does not work, you can have us take a look at it in the store.

Yes, you can upgrade if you are eligible for one at this time. If you are not eligible, you will pay full retail price. So, it basically depends on when you are eligible for an upgrade.

I am going to bring it in this weekend to see if I can get a Storm2 or a Bold. Verizon should not sell any new models of phones with the trackball (they stick).

I was given a refurbed Tour9630 and now the trackball feels weird and the GeoTagging still doesn't work with the Camera. I will have to pay the upgrade price for the Storm2 or the Bold because apparently I didn't drop it in the place where you sit down. There are reasons why RIM discontinued the Tour line and called it Bold.
