Unlock GSM on Storm

I wonder if the GSM network on the Storm can be unlocked to use any GSM SIM card other than Verizon Sim?

it can but you have to ask verizon to get an unlock code w/o that u can't do it...

Will they give the code or they want their customers to use Verizon Sim ?
