I did the upgrade to 10.2.1.537 and now I can not add contacts. I enter all the info and then hit the save button but nothing is saved. My contacts remain empty.

How did you save your contacts? Verizon backup utility or via Gmail or another way. I have found Gmail to be the best. It works across all my devices, Blackberry and Android.

Ok this is my problem. I upgraded to the 10.2 and it wiped out all of my contacts. So I am trying to manually re-add them to my contacts. I enter the persons name and phone number and hit save but the information does not save. When you hit save it takes me back to the front screen and says "add new contact". I called Verizon they said it was a software glitch and they are going to have to send out a new phone.

Did you try a battery pull to see if things work better? Sometimes that gets things working right.
Yes I have pulled the battery nothing works to fix it
