User Name and Password for Curve 8330

My phone was set up for me at the verizon store by my saleperson. I am unable to remeber my user name and password. How can this be reset? I want to add an email address and am unable to do this without the user name and password. Thanks for your help.

Call the 800-922-0204 and follow prompts be sure to say Blackberry tech at what kind of support. I did the same thing and they were able to give it to me again. Be sure you call from another phone other than your BB phone. :smileyhappy:
