Trying to set up email on the storm2, forgot either user name or password, and got
locked out of several tries. How can I resolve this?

Or are you locked out of the device itself? In that case, after 10 failed password attempts, the BB will reset itself and your info stored in device memory will be gone. Hopefully you've backed up using Desktop Manager.
