I recently purchased a BlackBerry 8830 not too long ago as part of Verizon Wireless' New Every Two. I like the BlackBerry 8830's features including the mobile web browser.
However, I have a question regarding viewing YouTube videos on the BlackBerry 8830. I go into my browser, enter the mobile version of YouTube at m.youtube.com, and attempt to click on a video. Instead of seeing a video, I get this message: "The protocol specified is not supported by the handheld. Please try a different URL."
Is there something I need to download to view YouTube videos on my BlackBerry 8830? I had my device for about a few weeks now and I am still learning all the bells and whistles the BlackBerry 8830 has to offer. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!
