All you need is Blackberry Desktop Manager, which should be included on the CD which came with your device. You can also download it from Verizon's download page at http://vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry/ or from Blackberry at http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ and follow the instructions.
