Why Am I Getting A Message About Attempting To Open A Secure Connection?

a message keeps popping up on my phone that says "you are attempting to open a secure connection, but the sever certificate is not trusted."

I am not attempting to open anything. It does this even when I am not using the phone. How do I make it stop?

Did you try closing all your web tabs and then stop the web browser from running in the background (closing it completely)?
