Wireless email sync for BB Curve 8530

Is wireless e-mail sync available for the Curve 8530? I have the necessary data minutes and plan but I can't find out how to install software or where to get the necessary software.

I want to be able to sync my Outlook email and calendar with my Blackberry.

You can only wireless sync your BlackBerry with Outlook if you are using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server ( BES) with Microsoft Exchange.

You can however, sync you calendar, address book, notes, and task using Desktop Manager, but this won't happen over the air. You can download desktop manager here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/
