Wow, you still have one of those classic devices? You would have to find a 3rd party who might have some old parts for that device. Try Google search for that device and parts. You might also try looking around Crackberry.com.

You probably have to do it yourself. If you're very very lucky you can find a place that repairs BlackBerrys but I haven't seen one in a loooong time. I'm not even sure where to get parts for legacy BlackBerry devices now that cnn.cn is gone. That was my go-to reseller for OEM parts. I changed a lot of trackballs in several 9630 "Tour" models, both for myself and for friends.
