Cannot play media while Alert is active when trying to play YouTube video posted on Facebook. I have tried the YouTube link and receive the same message. I'm not sure what option needs to be changed. Any suggestions?

Please try turning off your device for a full minute and to restarting with retrying to see if you are able to re access the You Tube posted on Facebook. Also, see if you can temporarily disable the alerts to see if the same issue occurs.
