Zoom in-out in camera stops working

I used to be able to zoom in and out while taking pictures with the trackball but it stopped working...anyone having that problem??

My backberry is almost new...

Sometimes if the resolution is turned up to the highest then it will not allow you to zoom in and out (depending on which BB it is).If you change it to a lower setting it may work. if that doesn't then try to take the battery out and stick it back in.

To change resolution: Go into camera -> Hit menu key -> chose Options -> it will probably say picture size or resolution.

This happens on our two Curve's quite often. Two things usually fix it, turning it off- sometimes works. A battery pull has always worked. We had to do both a few times before it worked the first time- the phone was only ours for a few hours. Good luck.
