Is anyone else having problems with their zoom not working on their camera? It works one minute and not the next and sometimes it not working lasts for long periods of time. Is there an easy fix other than having to send the phone off to be fixed?
Have you had the latest software version of 5.0 downloaded to your device. It was released on 6-24-2010. This may fix the problem. If not, I would recommend you take the device to a local VZW store so that a technician can't do some hands on trouble shooting. Hope this helps!
I've had my 8530 for 6 weeks now and the same thing happened to me. With the phone turned on, pull the battery out for 10-15 seconds. Re insert battery and let it boot up. Worked for me.
