bb Storm No sound....

I all of a sudden do not have sound on my BB storm.

I have checked the sound and it says it is 10-loud...anyone?

Try doing a battery pull. This will hard reset your BlackBerry.

Its actually just a soft reset. A hard reset is when all the info gets erased, when you do a wipe handheld through security is equal to a hard reset.
