bb bold 9930 7.1 bundle 2123 messed up my phone big time

Hi guys,

last week I was prompted to update my phone and finally decided to do so last night which was a big mistake. The phone will turn on but the OS messed up the layout, touch screen and overall functionality. I receive emails, text etc but cannot read them because certain icons are missing in the menu or will not open when selected. Is there any way to reload the old OS?

That happned to me when I downloaded OS 7.1. You will have to use blackberry desktop manager. Back up all your files and re-install.

I tried it last night and it worked! Thanks a lot! My verizon dealer told me the phone was completely broken and wanted to sell me a new phone. Im sure glad you helped me save that money!
