I am not able to send a text message. I think my sms service center address is wrong. How do I find the correct number?
BB Bold 9930 also has a problem with txtng some ppl. I get a msg that says "SMS error 1 Message ID XXX) Network problems."
Verizon replaced my phone with a new one but I still get the message.
Anybody else have this problem?

Not able to send text message to anyone as of this morning. Christmas Day, 2014.
Get a red X, only states General Problems. Searched support sights, nothing found yet.
