can't see device memory on blackberry storm desktop manager?

I'm unable to see device memory on blackberry storm desktop manager?

My Memory setting are all on:

Media Card support

Encryption Mode: none

MTP

mass storage mode support

auto Enable mass storage mode when connected: yes

Any Ideas?

I am on my third storm and had no problems connecting and seeing my device memory until I received the latest phone.

Is it imparative that you have to see it through the DM??  You can simply go to Options>Memory>scroll down to the bottom and it will tell you how much device, media card, and application memory you've used/have......
