My Storm is deleting emails automatically. I have set the option to "keep messages forever" in General Options, can't find an option like this under email. On the reconciliation option page, Ihave "handheld wins" for conflicts. How can I stop the deleting of emails I wish to keep?

In messages>options>Email reconciliation>Delete on >needs to be prompt
On conflicts make that Mailbox wins.

I had the same problem with my Pop3 accounts a couple of weeks ago. I called support and the first try at fixing it failed. The second rep took me to this site:http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/microsites/microsite.do;jsessionid=FB16F2356625B2B169D76017A61AD9A1 where we searched for "e-mails being erased" or something of the sort. That took us to this article:http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/viewContent.do?externalId=KB12529&sliceId=1. She walked me through the steps of disabling 2 way sycronization here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/viewContent.do?externalId=KB12529&sliceId=1 and then deleting and resending my service books. It did correct the problem. If the solution above did not work and you think your problem is the same as mine, I'd call technical support and point them to the article so they can walk you through the process. I would not try it on your own unless you know exactly what you are doing. Let me know if you need more info.
