does my blackberry storm have a way to filter my junk mail like my mail on my computer? I am swamped by junk mail!!! I took it in to a verizon store and they weren't much help so I am hoping someone out there has an answer for me!!! Thanks...
Filter for junk email:
Instructions can be found at blackberry.com. Chose the support tab and search for KB04467, this will give you instructions on how to set a filter. You need to go to www.blackberry.net/go/vzw. If you don't know your username and password click forgot username and password or you may have to call in. By clicking new user you will be told you are an existing user due to you already have an email address set up on the phone.

KB04467 is for setting up filters so that some email do not go to your BlackBerry. This may or may not help since if you are getting junk mail, chances are it is not coming from the same email address all of the time. You could set up a filters that allow on certain emails to go to your phone, but then you run the risk or maybe missing emails sometimes.
The best bet is to try and get rid of the junk email from your email provider.
