missing email button

My phone got messed up and screen went out. I took it in for service and they had to change it out....well since I got the new phone everytime I have to do a battery pull I look one of my email icons....anyone help where it went??? How do I get it back on my home screen?

Sometimes my data doesnt work either???

It sounds like you need to take it back and have it re-repaired. This is assuming it was fixed under either warantee or insurance.

you also might need to re-register and the service books pushed. Try registering the Host Routing Table

-Advanced Options

-Host Routing Table

-Push Blackberry Button

-Click register

If that does not bring them in, go to your email settings and resend the service books. If you are having trouble sending them, call tech support and they can do it for you, just need to know your PIN

I got the emails working but still missing the email on my home screen. It shows up in "message" folder but not in it own folder on the home screen.

I suspect it is hidden. Do the following.

1. go to your main menu

2. Click on the BlackBerry button on yout key pad. It's the one with the little dots.

3. Select show all.
