ringtone errors

I am new to blackberry, but a long time customer of Verizon. I am having issues with my ringtones. I purchased a few ringtones over the last few days and suddenly today they disappeared. I keep receiving an error message telling me that the ringtones i purchased are invalid, but according to VZW Tones, I still own them. At first, everything was fine, then last night after I turned the phone off for bed, I awoke to having no tones on my phone and error messages. If anyone knows what to do please tell me. I know I may be dumb when it comes to blackberry phones, but this just has to be ridiculous for this happen.
