skype mobile not receiving calls?

I've got a 9650 and I loaded skype mobile onto it. I have a skype account which is US unlimited monthly pay account. I also have an online number for it. When I dial my online number from another phone, my skype mobile never sees an incoming call.

I tried to call my number and see if skype on my laptop receives the call and it does. so, clearly skype mobile is deciding not to receive calls. I have the options set to receive calls from "anyone", so... any ideas?

Try to un-install the application then re-install Skype. Follow the steps below to un-install.

From the Homescreen, press the Menu button.
If the device does not have a Menu button, skip to step 2.
Select Options.
If not available, select Settings> Options.
Select Applications.
If not available, select Advanced Options> Applications.
If applicable, select the current settingin the Applicationsfield (located in the upper-right).
If the Applicationsfield is not available, skip to step 6.
Select the appropriate option.
Highlight the applicationto be uninstalled.
Press the Menu buttonthen select Delete.
If the device does not have a Menu button, press in on the trackwheel/ trackball
If presented, select Delete.
If presented, select Yes

To re-install Skype, follow these steps.

From the Homescreen, press the Menu button.
Select Application Center.
Select the appropriate application.
Depending upon device software version and hardware capabilities, the list of available applications may vary.
Select Install/ Upgrade
Follow the step-by-step instructions to begin the download
Ensure Set Application Permissionsis selected (checked) then select Download.
Ensure all permissions are set to Allow, press the Menu buttonthen select Save.
If presented, select Yes.
Select OK
