switching from verizon yahoo to 'my verizon' e-mail on Blackberry

Has anyone tried switching a current e-mail address from verizon yahoo to the new 'my verizon' email on a blackberry. I just got a new blackbery tour and when I tried to add muy current e-mail I do not receive anything. I am getting e-mail to "my verizon' account using my old address but it does not come to my blackberry. I have tried avery way to install it on the blackberry but nothing works.

There are quite a few people popping up that are having that same problem. I think Verizon has not got everything set up properly yet. Don't know if they read these forums but we can always hope they do. Because if you try to call it takes approximately an hour after punching a bunch of numbers to talk to anyone and they just say there is nothing they can do. So we sit and wait.
