just updated my black berry bold and everything disappeared, music, pictures and my personel ringtones. does any one know where and how to recover them if possible
I just updated my Bold and did not have anything to disappear.
Did you update it over the air or with Desktop Messenger. DM will do a back up restore which I don't believe happens OTA. Hopefully you have a back up someplace.
