vpn on blackberry and support from verizon

Does verizon support vpn service on blackberry? I am asking because vpn on mobile is not same as on laptop.
do we need to ask verizon for special service for vpn or is part of normal coverage...?
I think neither blackberry nor verizon have their vpn softwares we need to install third party vpn software.

I dont think you can do this. I use VPN when travelling for my laptop but there are security concerns there. I do not understand what youare trying to remotely connect to on a cell phone. Lets put it this way I have NEVER heard of anyone trying this and I dont even know how this would work with a java based OS like blackberries.

I found perfect vpn for blackberry provided by SuperVPN. I followed instructions they sent me and now everything works great.

VPN can work on Blackberry only through Wi Fi. It can not work over 3G.
