just downloaded storm version 5 (desktop mgr & device) - with previous v 4.7 i could synch music from windows media player 11 with no problem - with installed v5, windows media doesn't show a connection to my storm - my computer shows that storm is connected (usb) & my desktop manager also verifies my storm is connected w/ pin# - I chose not to install moxio program because i like windows media player synch much better & gives me more options - any suggestions????
