Is there an offer code for the "$200 bring your own number" rebate? I checked m.vzw.com/rebatenotification and do not have any Notifications. I have a screenshot of this rebate during the checkout process.

Same issue here 9-26-2024 I brought my phone and my number , have screenshot of $200 gift card for bringing my number on Unlimited Welcome plan and no promo code. Support gave me several promo codes that did not work bc they were codes for buy a device even after I e told them repeatedly it was not buy device it was being your number. So as of now 6 denied claims, zero approved. Starting to think it's a scum

I know what the issue is , it is the wrong promo code I was given by support the first half dozen times. I explained to them it was bring your number, not buy a phone or buy anything, only bring your number . I was given promo codes for CARTOFFER, CHATOFFER, several for who knows what but none of the offer codes were for bring your number . I have screenshots of the offer and of my receipt at time of purchase, still no one can find me the correct offer code. I found the second offer code for the line I added a month later on my own. Support was not much help on that code either,. the second line offer rebate with purchase of new phone did come through and I have received it, just not the first which is why i switched to begin with

I'm dealing with the same issue. I bought my phone on 12/29/2024 via online and switched from T-mobile to Verizon. At the time of purchase, it said if I brought my own number I would receive a $200 rebate. I've yet to see any sort of notification for this.
