Verizon did not honor the port-in promotion 381053 "Switch to Verizon and receive upto $800 credit". We switched over and paid our previous carrier $760 to buyout their phones. We ported over 4 lines = $800. Verizon refused to pay the promotion. After many hours on the phone w/ Verizon they agreed to credit $400. I guess we will need to pursue a credit card dispute and resolve that way.
