Hello, I save seen this post in the forums (I did a Google search to try and figure this out) yet any customer service rep I talk to, seems to have no idea what I’m talking about. I placed an order in October 2024 for an iPhone upgrade and adding an iPad line. As I was about to checkout a pop up came on my app “Place your order and get a $200 Verizon Gift Card” I pushed “Apply offer” and checked out. I didn’t receive my gift card or any details so I did a customer service chat, and they said I would receive my gift card by email within 30 days. Well I’ve waited and still haven’t received it. I tried to speak to customer service again today and they did not seem to have any idea what I was talking about. I even have a screenshot of what popped up (to show my sister) and everyone is seeming like I’m making this deal up..
