Purchased a new iPhone 16 pro, shows on my receipt that I am eligible for the $200 Verizon gift card but have not received any email regarding the gift card. I see that there are tons of threads with other customers having the same issue. Can anyone help because customer support definitely does not ? Thanks in advance!
