About four months ago, I placed an order for five new lines of service and five new iPhones. In the conversations with the customer service reps three different times three different representatives offered me a $200 gift card for each new line of service. Now four months later, they’re telling me there was no promotion then. The only problem with that is, I have screenshots of all the conversations with the Verizon representatives, offering me the promotions. It has the date, Customer service representatives name, The promotion they offered, As well as showing that it was on verizon.com. Any help in resolving this matter would be appreciated.
