I bought i new phone/added a 4th line, and still haven't received the $200 gift card promised. I've called, and they promised they were sending it. Still haven't gotten it. What's the point of offering a promotion and not give it when you should. I hope you guys make sure to solve my situation.

Hey Freddy, I was looking to get a new device also with a new line, as soon as I was at the check out for my new line and device, I had a message in the app that said that if I make the purchase I will get a 200$ dollar us gift card. Then I completed the purchase with a new device and a new line and this is the date I haven't gotten my gift card yet. This purchase was made on aug 23rd of 2024.

I have the same issue. Become a new Verizon customer with a $200 promo with Pixel 9 Pro purchase. My receipt says to visit m.vzw.com/rebatenotification to redeem by Oct. 28th however there is nothing there and I spent an hour with their support today who just ended the chat on me after waiting that long as they "research". Horrible customer experience so far!
Edit: Using promo code CARTOFFER2024 on https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com and providing not my order date but the device shipped date, I got to request the $200 gift card. I then had to provide my name, email, and phone number which then provided me a confirmation email and status tracking number. Still unsure if I'll actually receive the $200 but at least I have a confirmation email now.
Comment to Verizon...this experience needs a massive overhaul. Customers should not have to find a different link and promo code on your community forums to simply claim the advertised rebate. Support had no idea how to help...unsure why there seems to be zero consistency on the process for this. Whoever leads your customer experience teams should seriously look to improve this. This is not how you should treat new customers or any customers...

I want to follow up on my experience. This has only continued to get more annoying and wasting my time. The rebate center tracking with my tracking number shows this would be Validated on Oct. 12 and it is now Oct. 17th. Tried to email their support instead which has done nothing to help. They just simply responded with need more information with no request on what more info you need. I provided my receipt, access to my account, and the rebate tracking number.

Adding to this horrible experience. I get private messages on this forum and if I try to reply your system keeps saying I exceed the amount of replies...even on my first response. I guess I'll just have to keep waiting. Verizon = over promise, under deliver on every aspect. I'm done....you've wasted too many hours of my life dealing with this.
