Brought over 3 lines to Verizon and was told would get emailed the codes for 3, $200 rebates. Have yet to receive anything and have chatted in multiple times and seems like I get a different response every time. Initially they would get emailed to me in 30 days, then 8-9 weeks, now told they can't find any record of any rebates, despite the fact that it's on my receipt. I've got hours into this and there seems to be no solution in site. Then I look it up on line and it appears this is a common issue with many people saying Verizon is intentionally making this difficult/impossible to get the promised rebates.
I'd like to think Verizon isn't a shady company like this but I'm losing hope with every rep. I speak with. Please help me get this resolved. Thanks.
