$200 rebate difficulty

Brought over 3 lines to Verizon and was told would get emailed the codes for 3, $200 rebates. Have yet to receive anything and have chatted in multiple times and seems like I get a different response every time. Initially they would get emailed to me in 30 days, then 8-9 weeks, now told they can't find any record of any rebates, despite the fact that it's on my receipt. I've got hours into this and there seems to be no solution in site. Then I look it up on line and it appears this is a common issue with many people saying Verizon is intentionally making this difficult/impossible to get the promised rebates. 

I'd like to think Verizon isn't a shady company like this but I'm losing hope with every rep. I speak with. Please help me get this resolved. Thanks.

I don't want you to miss out on those gift cards, and we'd love to take a look at what's going on. Can you give us more info about those rebates? For example, were they offered as a way to close out the sale? Do you think you could post a screenshot of the rebate on the receipt with any personal info blocked out?

Hi, I am also having this issue. Can you please help? I was told that I will get a "$200 E-Gift card" from Verizon as part of closing out my online transaction (i.e., ordering 4 new iPhone 15PM from Verizon and transferring 4 lines from AT&T), but I never received detailed information on how to redeem the gift card. Before I placed my order, I printed out the "Review and place your order" page, which clearly shows that the $200 gift card offer was there for my order. I can provide that if needed; just let me know. Thanks.

The rebates are on my invoice and I mustโ€™ve talked to over a dozen people on chat or helpline with no resolution. Although Iโ€™ve been told it will be taken care of multiple times and itโ€™s been escalated at least once with no follow up. Super frustrating and no way to treat new customers.
