By chatting with Live Customer Service Agent & pasting error message from mobile phone while trying to gain access to Card Promo, my problem was expedited. Once second available email was received, I HAD TO GO INTO VERIZON DESKTOP SITE (EITHER BY CLICKING "DESKTOP SITE" BOX ON MOBILE PHONE OR ON DESKTOP COMPUTER) TO ACTUALLY CLAIM, then I saw a tracking number.
I told them I didn't want Echo 3, so it was not really visible on page. I'm hoping this means Xbox Series S3 will be next email to claim. I'm expecting to have to redeem it on DESKTOP SITE, as well.

I'm in a similar boat, it's 12/14 and I picked up my new equipment, installed & activated it. Now when I click on "redeem amazon echo or gift card" I get a blank screen ๐
